Make sure you measure up your toilet if you want a snug fit. One size doesn't fit all. This is a good quality toilet seat and fitted fine because I measured up before buying. I have made the mistake of thinking "Oh universal....great it should fit." Yes it fits.....like a large size clothing will fit a small size guy. If you want a flush fit then measure up......Back to review, good quality and easy to fit. Does it all very well.

Excellent product, the seat just about fitted onto my Heritage bowl but the slight tightness has meant that the lid is marginally tight and therefore doesn't fall of its own accord and there's no need for a soft closing model. The finish is 1st class, time will tell if it stands the test of time but initial observations are of a quality product.

Easily fitted and comfortable to sit on. Also looks good.

Delivery was really super quick. However there was no packing inside the box and around the item. There were finger marks in the plastic covering the seat which made me think this item had already been returned. And upon opening the plastic the seat lid showed it was damaged. I am returning this item.All 1 stars for Sturdiness, Comfort and Easy to install as I am unable to check anything with this damaged seat.

Very well made product. I was so impressed with this toilet seat I bought another. I have one more to buy and will have one of these on all 3 toilets in my house. They do not come undone or move and very comfortable as they are thick and solid. Unlike slot of toilet seats on the market.

I am very happy with this seat. For the moment it's the best one I've boughten because it stays tight. A little more to pay, but worth every penny!

I’ve had one of these seats for a few years and finally needed a new one. I ordered a new one, but the soft close didn’t work. So I ordered a new one so I could sit on something (as I had already thrown the old one away) until the replacement arrived, then I would return the first one. The second one was faulty as well! Ah well, try a third time........and it got lost in transit. Stuck with a sear that doesn’t close softly. Apart from that, it’s a very sturdy and comfortable seat.

A very good seat , easy to fit and nice and tight --- but ---- I thought it would be soft close for the money. For it not to be in this day and age is just old fashioned.We will now have to listen to the kids letting it go and the seat crashing down onto the bowl.The product description should simply be crystal clear -- this is NOT a soft close seat. Very, very disappointing indeed.
