Excellent product, large key numbers and logical menu making it easy to use. Storing numbers in the phonebook is simple. Overall the phone is nicely designed, looks good and performs all advertised features well, and has a particularly clear handset. Ordering was simple and it was delivered promptly within the stipulated time frame.

Good value phone to replace my old one. Provides every function you need. My only complaint is that the ring volume is very quiet even on full. Quick delivery from supplier also.

The handsfree facility doesn't work properly. When on handsfree, the person at the other end can't hear it very well. It's sounds faint. Unfortunately I didn't know this because my friends were too polite to tell me. When I eventually discovered it wasn't working it was too late to send it back for a refund. I'm stuck with a useless phone, which I shall throw in the bin when I can find one that does work.I should have realised something was wrong when I first got it. There's a button "handsfree - vol +" which does not change the volume at all. That should have given me a clue.Don't buy it.

The phone arrived promptly, is compact and easy to use.But the cradle for the handset is too shallow, so is very easily displaced. Brushing by the phone or cable very lightly, just in passing, will cause the handset to slip out of the cradle. Several times every day the phone tells me to replace the phone.

I wanted an easy to use phone for the Study, and one that I could also attached a headset to it, as well as have a hands free function. This phone seemed ideal. What I didn't realise is that whilst you can adjust the volume when using hands free, you can not adjust the volume on the corded hand set and it is VERY loud. This phone would be great if you have a hearing problem, but I tend to shudder when I use it due to the volume. If only the designed thought about a hand set volume control, then this phone would be perfect.

I would highly recommend this tepephone. It is a BT one, it is easy to use and it looks good, without being too large and dominating the room. It arrived extremely promptly from a UK seller.
