Unfortunately the measurements were not of the usable area, it was the total fabric which included the manufacturers edging (selvedge) down one side, meaning an inch or so is not usable. Important to know if your ordering based on a design size. Appart from this quite important detail the fabric is good quality and value.

Bad batch???
I have ordered this before and bern happy enough with the product to purchase again. But this time the quality was appalling. It felt heavily starched and we couldn’t get it on the hoop and it was too hard to get a needle through
