Very easy to operate,suction not as good as I like but ok for a cordless. Adequate and does the job

Never came with the correct charger.
I had to return this product due to wrong charger being with product. I will say I went to a store and bought this and was very happy.wife always used the excuse vacuums were to heavy so never vacuum floor. No excuse now and she is also able to empty it so easily.

Love this hoover.
Very easy to carry & use. Like the tiny tools for seat crevices.Charges quite quickly & really love the hinge which enables it to bend so I can hoover underneath sideboard etc without bending & hurting my back.

Great suction but could be better designed
After using this for more than a year, I feel I can give quite a good review. The battery has help up and suction is still great. I've used the accessories a few times, but nothing stands out as being really useful. The big downside is pet hair. This hoover is advertised as pet friendly and anti-tangle. Whilst the beater bar doesn't get clogged, the small wheels do, almost instantly they are filled with hair and start scraping along the floor - not a scratching issue as they are soft rubber, but it's irritating and makings hoovering more annoying than it should be. Cleaning them out is a faff as you need to pop them in and out with a screwdriver.
