This is my rolling office and it is a back saver!
I use this to transport tools and supplies from one place to another (I am a massage therapist) and I bought it specifically because it will travel up and down stairs (and does it well).Pros: It is lightweight, collapses down to almost nothing for storage and can handle a fair amount of items.Cons: The model I have may be the older one so it can feel a little flimsy when I am trying to turn a corner and the telescoping handle occasionally sticks and requires some fooling around to get it to back down for storage.I would absolutely recommend this product for anyone who needs to carry or move a modest amount of gear up and down steps. I would buy again.

Love it!
We bought this for transporting a bunch of documents and ended up using it as luggage for a road trip. Both worked out perfectly! The handle isn't as sturdy as I'd like, it twists a little when there's too much weight to roll around. Otherwise we love it!

It doesn't roll over an uneven sidewalk
I bought the cart with the stair wheels, which work great. It's the rest of the cart that is subpar. It's too flimsy, the side latches to keep it flat doesn't stay locked, the lid does not snap or stay in place when the cart is folded & the 360 wheels only work on a smooth surface. I used the cart three times with the first load being light & it tipped forward when hitting a small lift in the sidewalk. I used it to take my laundry to my car & back. This was a heavier load & I couldn't use the cart on all four wheels in the parking lot. Even when tipping the cart back to roll on the back wheels, it's not great over the sidewalk either. I'm really disappointed with its performance.

Product is good, but the Handle is Cheap
I changed jobs recently which requires me to carry my electronics back and forth from the office to my home and other places. I was carrying a backpack which was very heavy and caused me severe back pain. The cart is great and I got the stairclimber because I have to go upstairs and sometimes the elevator is broken.Pros to the cart:(1) Comes with a lid so that when I am walking to my car and the weather is bad, all my belongings are protected.(2) Right now it holds my purse, backpack, lunch bag, and my tumbler so I am hands free. So the cart has a good capacity.Cons to the cart:(1) I have only had the cart for one month and the handle is not operating at capacity. The handle will go all the way up, but when I try to retract the handle it only goes down half way. I have to get an allen wrench and push the buttons on the inside of the cart to get the entire handle to go down. It feels like it is cheaply made.(2) The cart is hard to maneuver from rolling it forwards to rolling it backwards and vice versa. I don't always drag it behind me. I wish it had extra smaller wheels on the back to help it go 360 degrees.(3) Company customer service. I have reached out to the company's customer service multiple times with no response on the handle issue. That is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Love this product
The wheels just walk up and down stairs, easy to pull and push, holds the right amount of groceries. Compact so it doesn’t take a ton of space in the trunk and just perfect for carrying things from the car to work, school and shopping. Love love love it! Saves my back and makes it easy to transport whatever I want too.

So Far So Good
The Quik Cart Stair Climber gets the job done. I have used this to carry heavy items (up to 30 pounds so far) around town using public transportation and it appears to be holding up well. The wheels are well built and go up and down stairs and curbs with ease. The handle openings on the side are very convenient for when I have to pick it up. The plastic frame appears to be sturdy, so I hope it continues to hold up. I highly recommend if you have to carry lots of supplies to and from your workplace/school, etc.

Cost v. quality is a loss
I LOVED this at first. It was easy to maneuver and climbed stairs like a champ, especially when fully loaded with all my class gear. Unfortunately, it is now March, and the stair climber wheel assembly has collapsed and shattered. Upon inspection, the assembly is entirely made of very thin plastic, around skateboard-grade bearings. The plastic failed, and the very thin sheet metal overlay warped, and now this monster is unusable. For the cost, it should have been made to higher quality standards.
