I got this pillow because I have osteoarthritis. I can’t find a pillow that leaves me feeling refreshed and relatively pain free when I wake. This pillow is very comfy but I need a little more support and I am struggling finding another pillow that will fit inside so that’s the only reason for the 4 star rating. It says goose down feathers but I’m confident that there’s more down than feathers because there are no feather ends sticking out.

This is a really tough one for me to review.The quality of this pillow is excellent! It has two zippers, one on the long side, which makes it very easy to add or remove the down inserts and another one on the shorter side.Even without the two down pillow inserts, there is a padding around the entire pillow which is nice!Unfortunately, even though everything about this pillow seems great I just can't get used to it.I've tried it with just one insert and found it to be too flat for my comfort.I tried it with both inserts and while I liked that thickness, it is too firm and heavy for my liking.Even though I probably won't be using this(it will be going in the guest room), I think 4 stars is a fair rating since everyone's choice of pillows is a very personal one.

This pillow came compressed in an average size plastic package. I carefully opened it without incident. I then followed the directions, which told me to either leave it to air and puff on its own or put in the dryer. I opted for fifteen minutes in the dryer on low. Boy, was I surprised when I took it out of the dryer. It was huge! It puffed right up and filled out beautifully. When I felt the fabric of the outer cover, I was truly impressed. It looked and felt almost like a luxury item. It was soft, smooth, and had quality quilting. It had multiple certification tags stating that it was a clean and responsible product. The zippers, two, which go three quarters of the way around seemed durable. Later, after using the pillow for a while, I peeked inside at the two separate inserts. They seemed well made, but not of the same quality as the exterior. They sported PRC tags and showed that the contents were 95% feather, 5% down. It didn't matter at this point though as I was already in love with the pillow. I have owned many down and feather pillows over the course of my life, and I have to say that thus far this one is my favorite. I usually sleep with a solid standard pillow on the bottom and a down pillow on top, which I can mold into whatever shape or thickness I want. I slept with this pillow only and it was so comfortable that I was shocked. I feel asleep much quicker than I usually do. I was able to delegate my old well-loved down pillow to snuggler status. I'm sure over time this pillow will lose loft and I will be back to two pillows. For now, wow, am I impressed!

This is a serious pillow for folks who have trouble getting just the right fit for their sleepy heads. Lots of options on thickness and softness and comfy all the way around.My old house features a bunch of mismatched pillows, some of which probably came over on the Mayflower, if you can believe the complaining visitors. This pillow is going to be the star of the show at the next family gathering. There is going to be a war. Trust me.The idea of a convertible pillow is a new one to me. I've always just grabbed a handful of pillows and made up a stack that seems right, but this approach is better.Soft and comfy regardless of how you configure it! Easy to convert, too, so you can do it on the fly. If Uncle George's bad neck wants something skinnier than the full load, unzip it and pull out a layer. Simple. If you have a bunch of folks who want skinny pillows you have three to offer up. It's great!Bottom line: this one will be a winner. I'll probably have to buy a bunch of them just to keep everyone from fighting over it.

What a great idea! I was tossing and turning a few nights ago and thought, maybe I need a new pillow. I like the pillows I have but one of them is ancient, thin and probably needs to go and the other, just a little too thick to replace my worn out favorite.When I saw this pillow I was so excited about it. Truly, it’s like getting two pillows in one. The outside layer is plush, with lots of stuffing like a great quilt but lighter weight. It has a zipper that opens on 3 sides. The two inserts are both goose down, very soft and comfortable but the best part is, I was able to take one of the inserts out and replace my old threadbare pillow! If I decide I want to continue to use it separately I can or I can leave both pillow inserts inside the cover and have a thicker feather pillow. With so many options I’m sure to find the perfect solution to my sleepless nights.

This is a wonderful pillow! It's adjustable with the 2 different inserts and is very well made with quality materials. I would recommend a pillow cover and a zippered pillow case because I got the king size and it's a very large in length pillow.

I had high hopes for this pillow and it fulfilled them! I don’t like the crunchy feather and love soft down. This inner pillow has them separated into two parts. These were in separate inner pouches. So, I split it up. Soft down as my pillow and the firm feathers for the guest room! The down is super soft, the way I like it. The pillow is well made, there were no feathers poking our or flying round as it decompressed. There were no odors or other problems. This pillow was perfect for me and if you like extra full pillow it all fits in one! I love it!

I love the 2-in-1 Adjustable Design Goose Feather Down Pillow, which includes two separate inserts with different fill weights. They are very soft and supportive. I feel very comfortable sleeping on it. Well made and easy to remove and clean. I would recommend it.
