New & unique take on creatine, performed as good as my usual creatine powder.
Over the last decade i've got to try creatine in a few different forms, from the standard creatine monohydrate powder to creatine tablets but up till now i've never seen any creatine gummies before so i was actually really excited to give these a go & see how i got on.I tend to stick to a permanent maintenance phase where i typically have a minimum of 3g of creatine everyday to maintain my creatine levels. So prior to testing these gummies i was already fully loaded with creatine from my normal day to day routine. Now i wouldn't say these are the most cost effective way to get your creatine in because for me to get 3g of creatine a day i'd need to be having 6 gummies a day for 3.3g which reduces the tub to just 15 servings. However i think these could still be super helpful especially if i was having a rest day or if i was away from home & wanted to maintain or top up my creatine levels.Flavour wise i thought these tasted amazing, the do have sugar in them but i didn't find them overly sweet & they had a really nice lemony zing to them. For testing purposes i paused my current creatine & only took the gummies to give them a fair test & i can honestly say after 10days of using these i've not noticed any dips in my strength or energy levels during my workouts since the swap, so i would say these gummies was on par with my current brand of creatine.Overall i was really happy with these as they tasted amazing & preformed as good as my usual creatine powder. However due to the costs i'd say it would make more sense to use these as a top up to help boost your creatine or to take when your away from home & want to maintain your creatine levels.Definitely something i'd consider getting again.

Tasty and convenient
These creatine gummies are tasty, with a strong lemon zesty flavour. They are convenient to take on a short term basis, I.e when you're away from home. However, I don't think it's practical or cost effective to take on a long term basis, if it's not necessary. This is because 3-6 gummies are recommended per serving. 6 will give you just over the 3g creatine intake. Therefore one tub would only last 15 days. The product itself is as good as any creatine, with no decline in strength or workout performance since switching to these from the usual creatine powder. A tasty and convenient alternative to powder.

Tasty gummies
These gummies are near identical in appearance and taste to another product I have used and reviewed. Upon inspection of the bottle labels, they have the same company owner (Euro Nutrition Ltd). The ingredients do appear to slightly differ.Without knowing they contain creatine, they'd easily pass for sugar coated lemon sweets. Do keep them away from children. These gummies have a mild and pleasant lemon flavour. The texture is not too hard nor too soft.Advertised as a way to top up daily creatine levels as and when required. Such as if a pre workout falls short. Of course they can indeed be used to intake the required daily quantity of creatine. Although doing so will skew macro intake due to the carbohydrates in these gummies and the amount of them needed to reach the target creatine intake. They do work out to be quite expensive. Far more pleasant to consume than swallowing creatine tablets or capsules.A tasty product. It does work out to be a more expensive method of consuming creatine. Although it does provide additional variety from being different to taking supplement tablets, capsules, softgels, and powders.

The sugar made me tired.
The media could not be loaded. The only thing wrong with this is the sugar, it has a lot of sugar in it, glucose syrup sugar, castor sugar, it isn't vegan it has gelatin in it, and the creatine dose is low, have to take 6 to get a little over 3g. Didn't give me a weight lifting boost, as 5g is the typical rate my body is used to unless I take 5g minimum I won't get anything done for my training. The good thing is, the taste is nice and lemon, bit sweet, the sugar content being so high that it made me sugar crash after 6, 3 gummies is 3.7g sugar that's a huge flaw it breaks my intermittent fasting during training and completely knocks my body out of keto, I didn't know there was sugar in it, I expected sweetener like stevia or monk fruit which is better on the glycaemic index. If it's too high it spikes my blood sugar and causes insulin resistance. It is a real shame supplements these days go down the road of sugar.Creatine is best taken without sugar. I've known that from all my research in the last 10 years, for me sugar is a no no when it comes to training, what I need is 9 essential aminos, protein and healthy fat to build muscle. Creatine taken on an empty stomach with water or coffee but no sugar can boost your training much better than taking it with sugar. So for 6 gummies that is over 7.4g net sugar and 14g total sugar that becomes sugar in the body, because it has 0g fiber which means 14g carbs for 6 gummies turn to sugar eventually in the body, way too high for me sorry average at best and best taken if anything after training, kinda defeats the purpose of getting creatine before a workout.
