I found this product in America originally on holiday ( 2008 ) and it’s amazing

Watched a youtube video on cleaning trainers to which they used OxiClean, following their instructions with OxiClean It gave my trainers a new lease of life. Only issue for me is that it's quite expensive.

Glad I found this at not a crazy price as it’s imported from the states.

I have been wanting to try laser hair, removal for some time, so when this came up; I thought I’d give it a try. I have to admit that I was rather nervous of using it in case it was painful or damaged the skin; so I have done an area on my upper outside thigh which will not be visible, if there were to be any skin reaction. So far, it seems quite good, although this is an area where the hairs are not very thick or tough so it will be interesting to see how it does on the lower legs, but I do think it’s going to take quite a long time! For that reason, I might only end up using it on my under arms and my moustache but time will tell.It doesn’t feel especially substantial; the plastic is a little on the flimsy side, but as long as it goes on functioning, it doesn’t really matter. I started using it a few days after shaving. You definitely want to use safety goggles and also make quite sure no one is watching you to protect their eyes too . Overall it seems okay and I will continue with it and hopefully after sometime I’ll see more long term benefits.

So this laser device unit has three modes, hair removal, skin rejuvenation (kinda like a knock dead skin peel) and acne removal. Testing with two members of the household mainly focused on hair removal…the skin is not that bad and acne is a long time gone. So all the items are in the box for use straight away, a razor to clean shave the area your wanting results in, a pair of glasses to protect from the laser flashes (this is a must, no questions just use them!!) and the hair removal device itself.9 power modes, auto flash (where it starts as soon as it gets near the skin) and manual flash. Routine is 3 times on the first week, twice a week on the 2-3 weeks, 1 on the fourth week and then as/when required to main any possible fine hairs. So you can certainly feel and smell the device in action, a small tickle feeling during the flash with a slight coolness to follow…and a slight burnt hair smell on some regrowth.Only used for the past 2-3 weeks but grown back hair in the areas tried (upper arms/shoulders) is certainly finer and in some spots brittle.If results continue over time, is certainly would be a device that pays for itself when measured up against razors or professional hair waxing treatments that would have limited time results.

The Glattol laser hair removal device or IPL as it's commonly known is a nice compact device that's perfect for keeping skin hairfree and smooth.The device is very simple and easy to use but it is worth stating that the power setting should be setting according to skin colour and not according to preference. Read the manual to get the setting for your skin.Ease of operation is excellent, simply place laser element against skin and push the button, you will feel a slightly warm sensation that lets you know the laser has flashed and then move onto the next section of skin, repeat wherever necessary.Not a miracle cure that works overnight but with regular use you do get reduced hair growth, smooth skin and minimal maintenance. If starting for the first time, shave the legs before hand as it's meant to treat hairs that are beginning to grow from the folicle, it's not meant to treat fully grown hair.Good device though, however the price on the listing seems artificially inflated.

I already have a similar device that was from Amazon and a lot cheaper than this one (This one is £119.99 at time of review) and this looks and feels of a lower quality.Pay attention to your skin tone and hair colour to ensure it is suitable for you before use. And take the time to read instructions carefully before use as there are many things to consider.Start on a low level intensity. The first flash may come as a bit of a shock and feel slightly painful but after 3 or 4 flashes it will just became a normal sensation. And if any of you have ever used an epilator then, I can confirm it is far less painful than that!I understand why they give googles, it is a very bright light when it flashes.It takes quite a while to do a small area, but I have used on my sensitive bikini line area without any adverse affects and have been using it every other day and so far no re-growth, so overall I'm happy with it.

It is recommended to use the correct mode based on the skin tone and hair density. I started with a not so obvious area on my inner thigh and was surprised how easy and effective this device is. I did not expect that all my unwanted hair would go away on first use but it is a gradual process so you need to keep using it as per the instructions. So far I have used it 2 to 3 times a week for 2 weeks and am starting to see the difference.Its painless and the ice cooling effect after use makes it a breeze.One less star as I believe its over priced.
