The fillers in here are brown rice and veg matter.. It took me 2 hours of trawling through many brands, with brand nameslike 'natural' and ' pure' , only to find them full of magnesium stearate, and plastics.Always look at product specifications!This is truelly an easily digestible natural form of Selenium good for hypothyroidism.
