Didgeridoo Bamboo (Tone C)

Both his item delivery and follow-on communications were quick and responsive to my needs and issues (ie, what every customer expects without any need for follow-ups!). His first didge delivery (quick, in two days!) had a couple of faults (in its construction, worn at its joints)...I tried to tape the joints to prevent air from escaping, but alas, my efforts detracted from the beautiful work of art this unit has, and air still escaped.I asked for a refund, and instead, he sent yet ANOTHER one, again, in two days! (which I didn't want--I just wanted the refund only). In his later reply (very quick as usual), he offered to forget the return of the first--AND refund my entire purchase for my trouble! So, kudos to him and his staff & company!!I purchased this for medical reasons (I use a CPAP for sleeping & breathing issues at night) and am informed this will help in my breathing---of course, I need to learn how to use this, but I am more excited now. I also plan on taking this on camping trips (I have to purchase a utility bag for it), in case I lose my electrical communications for easy location-finding. PS, I use an empty cardboard paper towel roll with my pet dog--the same effect as this very artsy and distinctive didge (but not as loud)Great seller, great product, worth the investment...

I am only writing this review because the company sent an email to me asking about a star review they received for a defective product. It wasn't me, but this did make me decide to check over my didgeridoo and sure enough, there is a fairly large crack on it, doesn't go all the way through, and I will just write it off as a visual problem, even though it will probably continue to split. The product itself is look quality, so buyer beware: these split so often you will get an email asking you to not write a bad review and just let them send you another low quality piece of bamboo that will split. Lucky for me, I only got this to see if I could even make it make noise, and apparently I can not. Oh well.

As a musician, I sometimes wonder what kind of quality to expect on what appears to be a budget priced instrument. I found this to be relatively good quality and outstanding value. This is my first didgeridoo and I was able to produce resonant tones within the first 20 minutes. My daughter who plays brass was able to get a good sound in the first 10 seconds! I tested the pitch and it is a perfect C. Once you hit the right pitch, the back pressure is there and you can sustain for a while. It is hand painted and the artwork is attractive and evidently labor intensive. There were a couple of discolorations in the black areas of the instrument that I initially thought were scuffs, but might be surface imperfections in the bamboo. I do not feel this detracts much from the overall value. I am thrilled with the purchase and may buy another Terré didgeridoo of a different pitch as my ability to play develops past beginner. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking into learning this instrument as a good place to start.

Split right down the middle not even a week after use. HOWEVER. I made a negative review, and without asking, the company sent me a new one. It was very appreciated that they made this right. Not many companies care after they receive their money. Thank you for fixing this issue, it was very much appreciated. A++ Company

There was this huge pop/bang noise, and when I checked out my item, it had come apart. Weird. I’d give stars for service, but a busted item is only worth one star.

This is the third bamboo didgeridoo I bought via Amazon .This one through this seller and 2 from another seller (which cost twice as much per didgeridoo). This didgeridoo has the absolute best resonating deep sound of the 3. It is beautifully painted, feels great to hold, and produces such a wonderful deep sound without any adjustment to the beeswax mouthpiece whatsoever. I will take this one across country with me to play in my free time during a 27 day Immersion teacher training program. It is meditative and a joy to play.

This is about four feet long, or maybe a little longer so it's pretty easy to handle. I need to watch more videos about how to play it and practice, practice, practice.
