I have requested for return and refund for more than 3 weeks and no action had been taken

Received i less than 2 days from ordering. The item was well packed and delivered in decent shape. Comes with a short type c wire for charging, 2 manuals ( 1 english and 1 chinese) and a pair of ear plugs. The device looks like the picture.Took about 2 hrs for its 1st charge. Pairing it with a phone was easy. Fits snuggly and comfy for smaller heads ( does not fall while excercising) and feels comfortable after 2hrs of constant use at the gym. Battery gell by 30% after 2hrs of constant play while the phone was less than 0.5meters range. Hence the advertised 8 hrs of constant play time is far fetched.Pros: price, comfort, ease of use, fits right at the bony area in front of the ear.. you can listen to music while being aware of your environment, the temporal pieces have no tiny slots where they touch the skin.. so sweating wont damage the device and cleaning it is quite easy, can be used decently under head scarf/ covers/caps since it hangs at the base of the head, ergonomic design that looks and feels seamless.Cons: the music depth and details are not as clear in lively places, part of the music quality is lost while using the device in public places, if you put the volume in higher setting it gives off physical pulsing sensation.. just like the one felt with a nasty headache.. which comes off as itritating, not comfy to use with deep bass songs in a lively surrounding and high volume. I did not yet try high end options to compare against better references.Bottom line: decent option if you want this for the gym/while driving/ outdoors, where you need to feel the music beat in an ok quality in busy places, hate in-ear pods or ear phones, have a limited budget.. this device is for you. If you want a rich music experience, well unless you have a quiet setting, this one is not your ideal pick.

هذه السماعة جيده للرياضه لكن في المكالمه ليس واضح للطرف الثاني ومغناطيس السماعه قوي لا يريح الاذن لكن بعد استعمالي هذه السماعه فكشفت انها لا تنفع في الرياضه لان العرق يجعلها سيئة ولا هي ضد العرق ضد الماء ولا تنفع للمكالمه ولا انصح بشرائها سيئه جدا

Doesn't fit well and becomes uncomfortable after a while .

It’s more of an air conduction headphone. Anyone near the user can hear it. And sound quality isn’t great, but tolerable. It’s way cheaper than the premium bone conduction headphones though so it might be good enough for some people. But honestly, I’d rather buy an air conduction headphone with the same price point

The concept is good but for me it is small and hard.

Cause headache.
