Works great
My son is obsessed with playing chess. He loves this set. The pieces stick very well. This is great for travel too just because the pieces stick to the board well. This has been a lot of fun to use too.

Adequately sized, not so much magnetic
This is an alright chess board and the pieces are okay too, nothing special. It all look definitively plastic though. However the magnetic abilities of this board are grosely overstated as the chess pieces barely stick to the board. For a traveling chess board, I would expect stronger magnets!Therefore this board gets only 3 stars from me!
