I've owned this LUME CUBE Edge LED Desk Lamp for just over 2 years. I installed it to illuminate the music stand on my piano. It works great. At its brightest setting, it's more than sufficient to let me see the notes on the page. At its dimmest, it makes a great soft area light. It's got an articulating arm with 4 adjustment points to position the light just where you want it. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I bought it, and have never had a problem with it.

The light is great but the cable should have been a USB cable. Instead it’s a random power cable with a plug and an adaptor for AU wall sockets. USB would’ve been much more flexible. Remote is nice but also feels like some cheap add on, could’ve been more Apple TV remote style with such basic functions.

I got two of these very versatile lights. I use them for streaming and to highlight items on a second camera. When not streaming, I readjust them and dim them a bit and they are fantastic desk lamps.The negatives would be that the control buttons are all smooth with no way tell which button is being pressed unless you’re looking at it. That’s not terrible.What’s worse is there is a tiny LED light — when it’s blue the + and - buttons control brightness. When the light is green, those same buttons control temperature. It’s difficult to see the light if you don’t have the lights positioned directly in front of you.Also, there is no indicator to know what settings you have regarding the brightness. Not a huge deal except when streaming. If you have the light set to a certain level and want them set back to those same settings for another broadcast later, you have no way to tell what the previous settings were.Bottom line, these lights are a little expensive, but they are versatile and give off great light.

This lamp is pretty solid. I've seen some people complain that it feels cheap, and while I don't think it's a super high quality build, I don't find it cheaply built either. It does the job. The arm stays in place well. I like the temperature and brightness control, though it's a little tricky if you really want to fine tune it. Not a bad light, though $120 seems a bit high for it.
