Absolutely love this little item. It works very well. So glad I found this. Highly recommend this if you are into dry storage good in Mason jars. It removes the air and seals it for you.

We totally love this gadget!! We now have all of our dehydrated food and stored goods sealed up and safely stored.We call our vacuum sealer "gizmo". Gizmo holds a charge like forever! I have yet to charge it and we've been using gizmo since September. It is so easy to use too! I have found that if the jar has even a minor flaw in the rim, gizmo will not seal it. That is a good thing! So, the bad jars get thrown out!Gizmo is quick and easy to use! You have your items sealed and stored in no time! The quality of this item appears to be top notch! All said...Gizmo is the one to get! You won't be disappointed!!

I live in a very humid part of the country. I use it to seal in freshness of dry goods like crackers and cereal. Works great!

I bought this to seal mason jars of freeze dried food for storage. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is easy to use, seals quickly, and stays charged longer than I expected. Just pop the cap securely over a lid on the jar, hold the vacuum pump on top, push the button and it gets to work. After it gets suction, you don't have to hold it, it just does its thing until you press the button to turn it off and remove it. I've been leaving it for 15-20 seconds for small jars and about 30 seconds for quarts and so far everything has sealed in that time.It worked just as well on a partially filled jar of carrot powder as it did on potatoes, parsley, and candy. That's just a few of the things I've sealed and had no problems with any of them.I had been using the hose attachment to my Food Saver to seal jars and there's that annoying bit where you have to attach and remove the vacuum hose each time. I've had to replace that hose because the part that goes in the hole snapped off from being attached and removed so often. No danger of that here and no need to align anything as long as it's sitting over the hole in the cap when you push the button. This kit does include a hose attachment for the Food Saver if you want to use that for any reason.A bonus for me is its compactness - takes very little storage space. It will fit easily in a drawer. And it comes in a sturdy little box (pictured) if you want to reuse that to store it.I saw a bad review complaining that you can't use this for liquids, but you would never use a vacuum jar sealer for liquids because the liquid would suck into the vacuum, so don't be deterred. This is a handy little thing and will meet your dry sealing needs. The seller should change the description, though, because it does list several wet foods as options and that is not valid.As an avid freeze dryer, I will be using this almost daily so I will update this review if anything changes. For now, it's my new favorite freeze drying tool.

This product is very handy to use for freeze dried products, especially powdered foods we use regularly that I want to keep in mason jars. Make sure that the lids are clean or it won't seal properly.

This has worked well for sealing our canning jars. Purchased two so that when doing a run, can easily switch to the other when one runs low. Did have an issue with one of the two not working properly upon first use. Contacted the company and it was readily taken care of. Impressed with the service!

The charging port broke off when i removed the charging cable. The item has a one year warranty but I can't find a place to file the warranty with the seller. I liked the item till this happened. it was very convenient.

These vacuum sealer tops are great. Work very well. I find they work better that the one small size that came with my vacuum saver! Haven't used the rechargeable vacuum yet, but I'm sure I will at some point. Overall this was a very nice little package. I recommend it to anyone interested, even if it's just to get the larger size.

I’m very happy with this little device. Seals regular and wide mouth canning jars. Definitely made my food items last longer.This is something you won’t know you need until you have it, them wonder how you did without!

Tried it on a number of various sized jars and it didn't work so I sent it back for a refund.

It works very well. The tops for the jar are very much like my Foodsaver ones, so those looking of the mason jar sealers will love this even without the pump. I wanted it for the pump for when I don't have the Foodsaver. The pump works great. It work only as a push down as with the new Foodsaver accessory part. I really would have liked if there was a way, as with the Foodsaver, to hook up a hose to the pump to use other, non-Foodsaver devices to vacuum other containers.
