Works well for what it is. It of course lacks the torque of my 24 volt cordless drill that has a similar wide brush setup, but it saves on the back 👍🏻.Had a small problem recharging it. After following the instructions by turning it of off then back on, it failed to show the red charging light. I pulled out the male charging plug, then I placed it back in and viola, it began charging.It came with some type of holder with no instructions on how to use.I said whoa Nelly... stop the presses!7-25-2018. Let a death march dirge play while I carry the deceased scrubber to its final resting place.Me dearly beloved gave up the ghost by refusing to recharge. I was very gentle and caring to the scrubber and yet, its longevity was duly written in the various persona non grata posting of its reviews.Fade to black as the trash lid closes with a resounding thud for a dud 😞. Well I’m a persistent kind of fellow, and as a kid I took all my electronics apart to see what was inside. As an adult things haven’t changed much, so I took it apart, discovered a little battery, went on Amazon and found a replacement battery, you will see the link in this review. You could take apart like I did and discover the same thing. One could also replace the battery, with a more powerful battery, but one would have to use the old battery connectors to make it work. I don’t know if a more powerful battery will fry anything. Also look for a battery that has overcharging protection. This is all in theory, as I play Dr. Frankenstein, trying to resurrect life into this potentially good product. I will update if I get it to work. I found the scrubber to be very effective. I was able to easily clean the tiles and in all of our bathrooms with minimum effort compared to hand scrubbing. I was very impressed with the length of time the battery ran and it recharged well within the time range listed in the manual. Being able to use it in both lengths, with the shorter handle and the extension handle, makes it convenient to use in small spaces as well as larger ones. While I primarily used the large flat head, it was helpful to have the 2 smaller ones for corners. I love how this made a dreaded job so much easier and quicker.

The unit seems to work ok but when I used the cone brush for corners the first time I used it it just flattened out and kind of just shredded itself. Other brushes seem to work but you really need the corner one. Maybe it would do better with very little pressure when you use it. But then not sure how well it would clean.

Once the baktery does it will not recharge

I purchased this scrubber specifically for cleaning grout. I am very satisfied with the results. I used the scrubber with gel bleach and the results are great. I'm anxious to try the scrubber for other applications. The charge lasts quite a long time even though I did some heavy scrubbing using a good amount of pressure

Works great while it last. Had less then 6 months and stopped working. Disappointed.

This thing is fantastic...not even sure where to begin with all of the ways to use it. Obviously great for bathrooms, but it works well with any surface that needs elbow grease applied; except it does the work for you. I would order again in a heartbeat.
