It came in a pack of four, with ten bees per stem. Each stem has a stake to stick on the soil. The bees' stems are not malleable, so the only way to make them look as if they are flying over the bushes is to scatter them and block them with a plant's stems. But doing so also blocks the solar panel, preventing it from charging. I'm not fond of it, and I don't find it recommendable unless you want a bunch of bees flying on a specific spot.
