The color and finish of the product is as in their photos. The finish near the sole is good but a thin grayish outline of the adhesive can be seen at some points.After wearing for around 10 days, some stitches and adhesive near the folds of the left shoe came off.When I tried to contact the company's customer care directly via whatsapp to explain the issue, they just read the messages but did not respond. It has been 3 days but there is no response.
