This is the best heat pack I’ve ever bought! The fabric is soft and the design is very appealing. It stays warm for 20 minutes after microwaving. It's wide and has an elastic sticky band which is perfect for wrapping around my knees, legs, and arms. Sometimes I put the pad on the stomach or the back to get rid of cramps and muscle soreness. It has a pleasant and calming scent. I've been disappointed with so many other microwave heat pads in the past and so relieved to find this one! Very recommend!

I've been using a corded heated pad quite a bit for a recent hip injury but wanted a more portable option. This heating pad serves my purposes well, as it's easy to take and wear on the go when you can't be next to an outlet. The elastic strap is such a great feature, as it makes it easy to keep in place on all different parts of your body, and it's easy to tighten it enough to stay in place even when you're moving.My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to stay warm as long as I'd like, and the advertised 20 minutes of heat seems like a stretch because I've found that it's usually 90% cooled down after 15 mins max. If you're following some kind of heating regimen (as I suspect many potential buyers of this product are) that requires 15 minutes of heat at a time then this is a great option. If you're looking for more consistent, long-lasting heat, stick with the corded option or a battery-powered cordless heating pad.

Bought it recently for knee pain. It can be heated easily using microwave. Works pretty well so far!

Does not hold the heat like my other ones. Heated for 2 minutes. Cool on about 3 minutes. Also too small. It look like it would fit around my knee bit it didn’t. I have been told that my legs are like tooth picks so you can imagine I was surprised that it didn’t go.around. Waste of money. Added to review because it fell apart later and the contents went all over my bed and floor. Caused a lot of problem.

I have similar but smaller flax seed heating pads that I use for headaches, and they work well. I was excited to find this larger version for use on my knees. The flax seed filling feels just like my others and the cover is very comfortable and soft. Unfortunately, the heat in this heating pad does not last very long at all. My smaller pads keep the heat for 30 minutes or longer, while this one was ready to be reheated after closer to 5 minutes. I am disappointed in it and cannot recommend it for anyone.

This is well-packaged and good quality. It was a bit heavier than expected but its thick and well made, so makes sense. It heats well and works well. This has been effective for some aches and pains we have had recently. Would recommend

I tried for my back pain and I felt the difference in about 15 to 20 min (pain relieved a little). Since this is not connected with electricity or cordless, the heat is not staying long enough (stays for about 15 mins.
