Great for agility Training
Our son ordered this for extra for work practice at home outside of football. It is a great price for the quality and size you get!

Perfect except for no stakes.
This ladder was perfect except there was no place to tie down the ladder to the ground. It was good quality and was extendable with snaps at each end. It came with a convenient bag for storage and transport. If there was an easy way to stake this to the ground it would have been perfect.

It is what it says it is
So so if you’re looking for speed and agility, this is it lightweight easy to use come with its own easy carry bag. It is lightweight enough though that it moves so if you need something, that’s a little heavier and stays in place this might not be the item for you but worth the money.

Training for Hockey
My son uses this to train for hockey in the off season. It’s plastic so be careful with it. Also don’t tangle it, it can tangle easily if you’re not organized.
