The chain needs to be longer. If it had I would have given it a 5 star review. It's really a very short chain. The box it came with is beautiful and so is the compass. Works perfectly. Worth the price.

2 out of 3 did not work.
I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered three for my sons. Only one was in working order. The other two were not what I expected. On one of them the glass cover fell off. The needle on the next one fell off under the glass. When I wanted to return them I was told it would cost $7. Was not impressed at all with a gift I was hoping to be sentimental.
