Fit well over braces.
These fit well over metal bracket braces, they are a silicon soft material that feels durable upon biting down. These are for a teen or adult size mouth I would say if you are looking for youth or a smaller fit these wouldn't be it. Has nice breathing holes that let in enough airflow while exercising, also comes with a strap to connect to a helmet. The carrying case works well to prevent grime touching them. Love that it's a 4 pack to help with cleaning and having a backup pair. The metal clip for the carrying case is on the cheaper end but works well despite that.

Do NOT buy
Put this in my sons mouth and his braces immediately got caught on the inside. Totally useless and can NOT be returned.

Dont chew on it.
Does what it is supposed to do as long as your athlete doesnt chew on it, then it doesnt last as long as one would like.

Not the greatest fit but they worked
These seemed kind of tight and I have an area where there old root canals that I did not want to damage. They worked, but I was a little concerned.

Great value for what you get
These may not be the best mouth pieces available. However, they are extremely reasonably priced and fit my adult mouth. Most of the other mouth pieces that are for an adult that I have tried have been too small and more like for a teenager. They are pliable and soft. The do not require heating with boiling water or a microwave. You just put them in your mouth and can use them. You get 4 decent storage cases as well as 4 mouth pieces , 4 small carabiners and 4 straps for a helmet.I will probably only use the 2 blue ones but the 2 pinks I can find someone who may need them. Overall for price point and what you receive , I believe these are a good value.

Good Choice As a Back-Up Mouth Guard
I ordered these mouth guards for my son who plays lacrosse. For the price, they are a great deal. They fit in my son's mouth well, though he prefers the boiled guards that give more of a custom fit. These tend to move around in his mouth more than the boiled ones, but if you need an inexpensive back-up to keep in your bag in case you lose or forget your other one then this is a good choice. You can't beat the price for 4 mouth guards! As an added bonus, each one comes with a breathable hard case and a strap to attach the guard to the helmet. I could also see this as a great option if a coach wanted to have inexpensive mouth guards on hand in case any of their players forget their own. Overall, not a bad mouth guard, my son just prefers the boiled ones.

Youth Size Too Big
My child is almost 11 and has braces on top only (soon to get them on the bottom). I was pretty sure I ordered the youth size for ages 10-14, but the guard is too bulky in his mouth and he can't close his mouth fully over the front part of the guard. These guards might not a good fit for smaller stature/mouth children. The mouth guards are fairly flexible and have a space for top and bottom braces to fit. Guard seemed to fit okay over his top braces, but he didn't like how big it felt in his mouth. He was able to breathe through the air holes fine. The strap attaches separately to the guard with a carabiner clip to connect. The strap seems pretty thin, but it's not something we'll use for taekwondo class. We'll hang onto these and try to use as backups when needed.
