Battery dead
After less than two weeks of usage the battery does not charge any more. The substitution cost like the full object and there is no warranty period.

Battery 1/4 of an iPhone one
great quality product expect the battery - Very short life span battery.Customer care is awful, after 5 days of contacting them I contact Amazon customer care & they solved my concern.

bad Material
the rear wheel cover got damage after 1 week and after one month some errors came on the cluster but amazon team did a proper job by returning the scooter and refund the money , thats why am buying from amazon good customer service appricate that , thanks

Decent product
Bought this item The 1. November. Already not long ago after i bought it, i could tell The battery lost quite a lot of power. Usually the speedometer tells 55 km/h. Around a month / a month and a half, it really struggles to get to the 55 km/h and uphill it can bearly pull. It also does not have the range as it had from the start. Now top speed is often 45 to 50 kmh and you can really tell a difference in speed.
