Performs perfectly well, but the gimmicky RGB and high price is off-putting.
The 12 in 1 hub from ORICO is a fully stocked piece of kit with pretty much all the connections you'd need from such a device. It appears to be well made with a robust aluminum outer case, decent quality cable and well positioned ports. The 3x display is a really nice touch and works as expected, although I did need to play around with the Windows display settings on my laptop in order to get that working as I wanted. All other ports performed perfectly with decent speeds on the card readers as well as the USB ports too. The inclusion of a USB-C PD pass-through is a welcome sight for us Laptop users. However there a some things that let it down. Firstly the price - at £69.99 this is much more expensive that other devices that do exactly the same thing. I'm really not too sure what the justification is for such a high price but if you're a fan of ORICO products then that might not be an issue for you. The RGB feature is an utter waste of time in my opinion - it brings nothing to the party. The plastic for the light protrudes from the case meaning it won't lie flat on that side, and it looks cheap too. Thankfully it can be switched off as I just can't understand why anyone would want to have a pulsing (or static) light on their USB hub...?All said and done, this hub does work perfectly and is jam-packed with features so it is worth a consideration if you're looking for a product like this. For me however the price and RGB feature is a bit of a turn-off.

Quality and fancy
I've been using Orico product for a few years. They used to be on the cheaper side. They are not transitioning to higher quality, like this one. It's got all the connections you can possibly want. And it works.I'm not sure about the fancy RBG, as I don't need any indicator to tell me that an adapter sitting 10cm away from my laptop is indeed connected. It does look fancy, though.
