I got those light bulbs to combat SAD and so they are beneficial to my plants, I have one hanging in the basket close to the ceiling and the light fixture, it's not getting much sunlight and becoming very leggy. I have some full spectrum LED strips I've used in my growing station - I knew they are working as the plants have no other source of light and are thriving, all facing upwards to where the light strips arre, also - once I left the lights on for too long and one of my plants got proper sunburnt. This bulb is also supposed to be full spectrum, yet my basket plant is not acting any differently towards this bulb comparing to my previous ordinary LED bulb, it's not trying to reach for it at all, zero interest. So to me it totally looks like they've made up a graph, made it the curve a little off so it's more believable, and sell it for extra claiming it's full spectrum.

Just after the house went back, working indoors wfh most days, I very suddenly felt very blue. Knew I probably get a touch Sad every year but more so now in current climate. Didn't expect that much to be honest but after only a day moods lifted massively, really powerful effect. The light itself is very bright and white so I'm limiting it to certain rooms in the day (to keep biorhythms). Excellent if you 'suffer' with SAD but suspect everyone gets a touch affected in our temporate winters

Makes our room feel like there is real daylight, I haven't noticed feeling better yet but only had them for a few weeks

A little pricey but it is LED. Happy with purchase

Sadly these don’t fit any normal lights only screw in ones so no good at all

Great for working in the dark evenings. Good bright light for viewing true colours.
