I use these for my airplane builds that make it tough to wire up cameras and other low voltage electronics. works great!

Step up, not down
I ended up frying some components because I stupidly trusted that they were putting out 5v without testing first.All four of mine put out about 11v (rather than 5v) after applying 7.4v.
