VeriFone VX 570 Dial Up Credit Card Processing Terminal

Seems to work well. My previous credit card processing machine was about 20 years old. So anything would be an improvement to that one. The company that process of my credit cards said that they no longer have technical support for that model. While this one is not the latest model unit they still have technical support for it.

This unit was not exactly what I needed for my application. So I returned it within the allotted time of the return policy. This company charged me a 50% restocking fee, claiming that the unit was used and could not be resold without sending it back to the factory for reprogramming. I am very disappointed that they did not honor the 30-day return policy, which is part of Amazon's policy.

Very user friendly and easy to process.

We had purchased two of these a couple of years ago. One got dropped and I called the Merchant Company that we use. They said it could not be fixed and wanted to charge quite a bit for a new one. On a whim I looked here. I ordered one, it was new and cost much less. I would definitely look here first for anything I needed.
