Flavor indicates to be a fair purity. Middle of the road but more than acceptable. Clumps mentioned in other reviews are present but are easily manageable and break apart cleanly into powder.

Just like what other customers have shown with pictures. The product comes clumped into hard rocks and is worthless. Less than half the bag is usable. Garbage product. DO NOT BUY.

How to determine how many milligrams I’m taking. There’s no labeling on the package. And maybe it’s working, I really hope so. I’ve read there are concerns about taking too much. But a few people have commented they make multiple doses per day. As am I.I really appreciate the price and the quality of the powder is fine.I like this type of packaging rather a container inside a box. I reuse the sturdy bags to keep frozen fruits and veg in the freezer.

Had read a lot about Glycine powder and it's benefits so I started adding the powder to my daily protein shakes. It’s amazing benefits makes me have glycine powder daily. I store it in a jar in my kitchen near my blender. Have added a 2 teaspoon size spoon inside the jar so it's real easy to add the powders to my shake in the morning. So far I have few powders that I have in jars and add to my shake. I also have several powders that I mix to make a formula for Joints & Tissue which includes glycine powder. Using these powders has saved me money for sure, which is really great, and I take fewer capsules, but more importantly I am able to adjust dosages directly for my needs.

Many of the lumps were so large and hard that I had to hit them with a hammer to break them into smaller lumps.

Not sure if it works or not… no change yet. wish there was a scoop inside to measure.
