Sweet red pepper and red onion chilli preserve with our Devon chillies. Ingredients: Sweet red peppers, sugar, lemon juice, fresh chillies. Packaging: Glass jar with tamper-evident lid, cardboard case of 6 jars. This is one of our most popular preserves; be warned, it’s addictive! This sweet and savoury relish is made with sweet peppers, red onions, lemon juice, sugar and a mix of our hot chillies, and is cooked to a traditional jam recipe. It is one of our milder products, but still carries a good amount of heat. Recipe Ideas: With Eggs - poached, fried or scrambled eggs with a few spoonfuls of Chilli Jam! In a Sandwich - Try Chilli Jam in a cheese or ham sandwich. With Cheese - Try a spoonful with cheese and biscuits or spread some over a bowl of soft cheese and use corn chips to dip into it. Chilli Jam is also amazing with grilled or fried goats cheese. With Fish and Crab - Chilli Jam is really great with baked white fish or grilled Tuna or Mackerel. Crab cakes or crab dressed with Chilli Jam are also great combinations. With Chicken - Warm a few spoonfuls of Chilli Jam to serve with chicken, or try Chilli Jam in a chicken wrap. Savoury ‘Cream Tea’ - Spread some Chilli Jam and sour-cream or soft cheese in a plain scone or cheese scone. Another variation of this is bacon, brie and ChilliJam in a warm croissant!

Great in porridge!
This is more expensive than other chilli jams, but this is my absolute favouite. I love it in my porridge in the mornings. It gives both a sweet and chilli hit, and I think I'm addicted to it!

Absolutely delicious.
Easily the most delicious Cjilli Jam there is. I had this on a ploughmans in a very nice restaurant and they told me what brand it was. I had no luck getting it in shops, but good old Amazon came to the rescue. Try it...you won't be disappointed.

Best chilli jam
Delicious. Bought a jar on holiday which I got through with lightning speed so needed to stock up! Delicious on a bagel with cream cheese. Can’t wait for it to be BBQ season as will be great with sausages/burgers.

A hot little number!
My son gave us some of this at Christmas to try and the rest of the family were fans; I bought a pack of 6 jars and they have been distributed around the family already, love it!

The loveliest chilli jam of them all
We visited the farm when we were holidaying in Devon a few years ago. Have never found another chilli jam that comes close to this - not too hot, not too sweet, just right. Highly recommended.
