These are pleasant to eat. The inside is a little peppery but the chew is great. Just don't leave them open because they do get kind of stale/dried out over time.

I looove these gummy vitamins and are my preferred way to get COQ10. They taste great, quality is always spot on and I love that they’re a mix of ashwaganda and other healthy vitamins. After taking this for 1 month I saw an improvement in blood flow and cramping, and cravings when it was my time of the month. 4 stars only because they are expensive.

Wanted to add CoQ10 to my dietary needs so I gave this a try. Taste is great with a grape flavor. Easy to take daily. Texture is chewy and gummy. After taking it for 2 months, started noticing thinning of my hair and my period lasts a couple days longer than normal. I was forced to stop taking them as I do not like the side effects. They misspelled folate on their label too. No quality assurance in packaging details. Too bad I can’t continue taking them.

After disregarding the pictures and focusing on the words "1 pack", I'm not sure that it's worth the price.
