Premetto con sincerità che il prezzo non è alla portata di tutti: io lo prendo solo per me ed è una coccola a cui non voglio rinunciare. Personalmente non seguo le dosi indicate, lo utilizzo come fosse un nesquik natuale per rendere il latte la mattina più gustoso. Se proprio sono super affamata utilizzo la dose indicata per ottenere un porridge. Lo trovo nutriente, saporito e di qualità, molto piacevole nella consistenza e nell'aroma, effettivamente sazia molto (così da non aver fare dopo 10 minuti dalla colazione). Lo consiglio

Die Konsistenz ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - etwas sandig. Der Geschmack überzeugt jedoch. Leicht herb, schokoladig und nicht zu süß. Ich bereite mir 60 g mit 80 ml pflanz. Milch und 1 Banane in Scheiben geschnitten als Frühstück zu. Macht satt, ist vegan und gesund. Leider etwas teuer.

Ottimo gusto ottima colazione
Io lo uso x colazione intiepidendo latte vegetale(cocco,mandorla o riso)e poi aggiungendo su 100 ml di latte 3 cucchiai abbondanti di prodotto.mescolo a mano con un frustino e aggiungo uvetta e bacche di goji.non scaldare troppo il latte xke distruggerebbe i principi attivi...non occorre frullare xke ripeto si scioglie bene e anke la velocità del mixer riscalda e rovina le proprietà nutrizionali.x me è un prodotto eccelente dato ke il gusto è di cacao ma delicato non è un dopce stucchevole come spesso accade.in oltre si rimane piacevolmente sazi e non appesantiti come accade mangiando i soliti carboidrati(biscotti varii)recensirò altri gusti appena possibile.

Dentro ci sono le noci, ma probabilmente lo stoccaggio nei magazzini non è stato fatto a modo, per cui hanno un sapore di rancido... Quindi occhio.

Come si concilia il desiderio di un'alimentazione sana e naturale con i ritmi frenetici della vita moderna? Questo prodotto cerca di offrire una soluzione al quesito. Quando l'ho ordinato immaginavo che fosse una sorta di porridge, e invece no, è molto più liquido (alle dosi suggerite), sul fondo della tazza rimane una sorta di pastone che scricchiola sotto i denti ed è poco gustoso. Non è proprio piacevole da assumere. Sarà sano? Questo non lo so... spero di sì, visto che il prezzo è abbastanza elevato.
