Over all love the slim design an not bulky …. Greatest yet for me… the only thing is water gets between the screen and screen protector.. other than that great product… I wear every day. So other than the water issue it should of had a 5 star

For my watch

I was really looking forward to this watchband; I am a big guy and the stock band was just a little too small for my wrist. In that aspect, it is wonderful; but that’s where my love affair ends. Despite working in a restaurant kitchen and constantly washing dishes the band has gotten dirty and discolored. The bezel guard does nothing to keep water from getting underneath and also makes using the touchscreen difficult. I find it hard to believe that these are made from carbon fiber; while they may look like it, a few scratches with the tip of a knife will prove otherwise. I got what I paid for; definitely not what it was advertised to be.

After reading articles and reviews on protective watch cases for the Ultra, I decided on this case because it had a minimal footprint, looked good, and offered good protection.I received the product quickly and it was easy to put on the watch. I decided to just try the cover for a few days before trying the band as I'm quite happy with the band that came with the Ultra 2.I have two complaints about the case, one of which led to removing and returning the case:- I noticed a lack of responsiveness from the touch screen at times, however it wasn't consistent. When it did happen it was quite annoying to have to repeatedly tap the screen and/or press harder to get a response.- On the second day of use, I showered with the watch on--my normal routine. Everything went fine until a couple of hours later I noticed condensation on the underside of the case, between the bottom of the window and watch face. It was only around the edges, but I was still concerned that it would lead to issues (it's usually not a good idea to have water trapped near an electronic device) so I removed it.Looking closer at the design, its clear water submersion wasn't considered. I suspect this would be a significant issue if this case was used in a dive.
