Extremely handy backpack
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product.I'm a student who likes to travel loads and this will definitely be coming with me on my next trip. I've taken it into university and It fits everything I need (A4 folder, A4 book, & 14" laptop). I have also taken this to swim training and love the fact that this bag is so easy to wipe down after. The side pockets should fit most standard bottles and keeps them secure. It is incredibly lightweight so you are only carrying the weight of your objects, while still being very durable. The material seems tough and the straps are firm, padded, and adjustable so the bag feels comfortable when in use.It folds down to a very small size and so light that youd rather have it with you in case you need it.I'm so excited by this bag, and cant wait to take it out on hikes or abroad.Photos/Videos:1. Super stylish and strong!
This backpack is fantastic! It folds down into it’s front pocket so you can store it away neatly. The quality of the backpack is really good. Stitching is really neat and strong and looks as though it is going to last a long time! It holds a lot of items and feels really light ok your back. I am really happy with this bag and I own a lot of bags! In fact I have a bag fetish!! I will certainly be using this bag the most though as it looks stylish and is perfect for what I need it for!

Well rounded backpack
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice functional backup, I didn't really know what to expect but I wanted something to keep in car to use for shopping. It feels very light but well constructed. Size wise it's adequate for most reasonable purposes (remember it's a lightweight portable backpack)I like the way it packs and unpacks to be a small storage style bag that fits nicely in the boot to a medium sized backpack. Fits a small 1-2 bag shop in which as a biker is great and as a frequent shopper in car fits nicely in boot.Only uses a couple of times but works adequately for my shopping habits. I'm tempted to buy another to store under my motorbikes seat but will wait till I've tested it a few times more.If you're after that must have brand then you're looking in the wrong place or if you're after something for some outdoor pursuits then again maybe look away. If you want something lightweight to shop or go on a walk then look no further.Ps. Very useful for a small picnic

Very handy backpack
I saw this online and thought this was a great idea; a small bag which converts to a backpack by simply opening a zip and turning the bag inside-out.The bag/backpack is made of good quality ripstop nylon and has plenty of space for those unexpected trips. There are two zipped pockets on the front, plus the bag which the backpack is stored in converts into another zipped compartment. The shoulder straps each have a mesh storage pocket and there are further storage nets on each side of the pack for storing items like water bottles.Great value and a super idea for bringing home unexpected shopping!

Zip broke after only using a few times
Used only a handful of times and then one of the zips broke. Disappointing as it’s a great size, lightweight and very comfortable to wear/carry. I bought another before the zip broke on this one. I’m hoping it lasts longer. Giving 3 stars as up until the zip breaking I was very happy with my purchase.

Good size strong bag, packs up small
I bought this as a ‘packaway’ Extra bag for travelling but now I have it I see it will be more than that. It folds in on itself and zips into a small pouch of its own making which is ideal. When opened out it’s a great size with plenty of pockets to keep things in their place which I love. It’s pretty comfy to carry when it’s fairly packed up. It feels strong despite being lightweight. This bag will be going everywhere with me, shopping trips, day trips and especially when I go on holiday.

Unbelievably Light
When I purchased this item I didn't realize how compact it could be.The bag comes folded up inside itself, effectively a bag inside a bag. This is brilliant it makes the bag super easy to store and take places and then when you need the bag it unfolds for tons of storage. It's amazingly light and has plenty of pockets and compartments for all your needs. This is an excellent product for walkers, hikers, people going on city breaks or even regular gym use.I'm very impressed with its functionality, design and quality.

BUY IT!
I just ordered my second Roam Lightweight Backpack because once your family and friends see yours they are going to want one also. I got it in black and I love it. It arrives and is this small pouch that you unzipper and the backpack unfolds. The pouch then becomes the front pocket. Pretty cool! There are plenty of pockets and it even comes with an attached carabiner which you can use to secure your keys if the zipper is left open. The size is perfect... not too big and not too small. It has large pockets on each side for your water bottles as well. The zippers appear strong and open and close easily without catching on the material. The material seems water resistant. I sprayed the front with the hose from my kitchen sink and the water slid right off however this backpack cannot be submerged in water. It has a chest strap that is adjustable. This is very important for women so the strap can be placed in a position that is comfortable either above or below your chest. I placed the chest strap below my bust (38D) because I didn't want to feel squeezed. This backpack is good for men, women and kids. It's very lightweight and not too masculine or feminine looking. I would say it has a sporty look and can be used for hiking or camping as well as school or a weekend bag. For the price you really can't go wrong. The only reason this may not be the backpack for you is if you are planning on getting it very wet. It can take some rain and splashing but that is all I would trust it with if you have anything of value inside. Buy it, it's a nice lightweight backpack.

I really like this back back!
This back pack is great! I posted a bunch of photos to show how much it can hold. I bought it to use at Disneyland and California Adventure, but will definitely use it other places too. I was able to fit everything I needed in this pack. In the bottom front pocket, I fit 2 juice boxes, two granola bars and a sandwich size bag of Cheez-its. In the top front pocket I fit smaller personal items, including my wallet, tissues, lip balm, reading glasses, and two more granola bars. On the top of the top front pocket is a diagonal zipper pocket which fit my phone. The main compartment fit my sweatshirt, wipes pack, small bag for personal items (which I put behind the divider), two apples, a bag of pretzels, and a bag of cookies. As you can see, from the side view, there was plenty more space in the bag. Although I didn't take my camera to the park with me that day, I put that in the pack as well, just to give reference of how roomy the bag is. The zipped up photos have the camera bag in the pack. The Dasani water bottles are the 16 ounce size. We've put larger water bottles in the side mesh pockets as well. I took photos of myself with the pack on. I'm 5'5" tall and weight 195 lbs. The pack fits me nicely and the straps did not dig into my arms at all. I did notice it a little bit when I didn't have my sweatshirt on, but i just loosened the straps a bit. It's a very comfortable back pack to wear all day. I took a photo of my husband with the pack on too. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 180. He didn't care for how the pack fit, but it was no problem for me. It rained while we were there, so the last photo is of the pack when it was wet. It was truly waterproof, as nothing in the pack got wet. The material is strong and takes a lot. It folds up very nicely into the front bottom pocket to make it compact in size. This back pack does not stand up on its own because of the material it's made of, but when it's packed up, it sits rather nicely. I'm looking forward to using this back pack for a while. We've used it for several trips to Disneyland and California Adventure, where I've packed it with 6 water bottles, snacks, a lunch bag, 2 sweatshirts, and personal items. It's held up very well. Get it! You'll like it.

Great Daypack, just what I needed!
Perfect timing! I saw a friend's review of this pack just when I had been thinking I need a new backpack for cycling and walking. So I decided to get one and have been using it for a week. It's good quality and the fabric is light but strong and water resistant.I've been carrying my 10" laptop, along with books, and other items and it, and it feels good on my back and shoulders. The shoulder straps don't dig into my shoulders like other daypacks I've had and are easy to adjust once it's on the back. I haven't tried to fold it back into the large front pocket but that's another cool function of the pack. There are two good sized front pockets with one small zip pocket on the outside of the top front pocket that holds my phone and is great for headphone wire because it zips up and holds the headphone wire in place! The main pack interior has a divided section that fits a laptop, or folders, etc, and helps to keep things in place. The zippers are good quality and don't get stuck. All in all, it's a great pack, holds a lot of stuff and the price is definitely spot on!

Best Travel Mate Ever!
I got the Roam Packable Backpack to use as a light daypack for my trip to Southeast Asia, during which this bag became the one item that I would always have with me. It has multiple storage compartments that came very handy to organize my electronics, travel documents, and a change of clothes while on the road. Straps are adjustable and very comfortable. It served as the perfect beach bag while island hopping in Thailand, the perfect explorer bag while climbing temples in Cambodia, and the perfect tourist daypack while visiting amusement parks in Vietnam. I could fit several scarves, a light jacket, a raincoat, my wallet, makeup, two powerbanks, a hat, a towel, and all my charger cables and still have room. Its generous capacity was a lifesaver when my actual carry-on backpack was deemed as 2 kg over the permitted weight at the airport check in counter (too much shopping) and my daypack was more than enough to stuff with the overload and still qualify as my personal item. Moreover, this daypack survived being on my back midst tropical storm Pabuk that hit us in Thailand and got severely soaked several times, and I felt completely safe placing my phone and passport in it, and they were totally fine.If you are looking for a great daypack, look no further than ROAM. You will be amazed at the durability and high quality at this price. I was 50/50 on the color orange first but I ended up loving it and actually didn't mind it showing on my travel photos. I plan to get it in a dark color also next; they have blue and black available.
