Useless. Hard, rigid material and the chambers created a whistle sound while breathing. I think I actually got less sleep than before trying them.

These things work, so I was told by my girlfriend, she said I stopped snoring, I'm really happy for her

They are so hard the scraped the inside of my nose making it bleed.

Do not snore as loud but still have a whistle sound through the nose

I've been a Breathe Right user for a few years but they are expensive and you need a new one every night so I thought I'd give these a try and I can say that I like these better. 4 different sizes included so you get to choose which fits best.Definitely give them a try.

The plastic is too hard. They fall out easily even with the different sizes. I wish the plastic was a little more flexible to make it more comfortable. I think it could be a good product with a few changes.
