Very useful number cutters
These number cutters are very easy to use and produce a nice finish. I would recommend them for use in cake decorating.

These are ok - but are a bit too small ...
These are ok - but are a bit too small and fiddly therefore at times it is difficult to get the icing out of the numbers once you have pressed them down without damaging and putting fingerprints in it! Numbers also turn out very thin and small...

Excellent find - and here's how I use it...
This set makes lovely clear letters. I bought mine as a used item, 'only used once' and suspect that the previous owner had had trouble with it. The trick is to use flower paste or (even better) mexican paste (sugarpaste will not do the trick) and to leave the paste to dry for a few minutes before you cut out your letters. Grease each letter with Trex or dip well in cornflour before cutting, Again leave to dry for a while before releasing (not as long-winded as it sounds: just cut out the whole of your message or name and then go back to the first letter & release the paste). I find that using a clean pin - one of those with the glass bobble on the end works best for me, as there's something for your fingers to get hold of - works well for getting the paste out. Gently tease the paste up from the bottom of your letter (Poking the pin into the back of the letter at an angle - a bit like when you're tryoing to get a splinter out of your finger - being careful not to poke right through) and once a little bit of the letter has been raised, slip the pin underneath & slide it carefully round the mould to release the letter. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but once you have, it's like shelling peas! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5? I don't think that the carboard box mine came in will last very long (although it's cleverly designed so that each letter has its own place for easy idebtification) but more importantly THERE ARE NO NUMBERS :(

Waste of money
Impossible to use . Tried all the usual tricks and the instructions but unable to successfully remove the letters intact . Will be looking for another set .

Overrated
It's extremely difficult to get the letters out without distorting them. I watched and read the instructions but nothing works. I can just about use the bigger letters but its impossible to use the smaller letters.I'm absolutely disappointed as I was really looking forward to getting these.

Easy to use. good quality
Great product. Easy to use. For the price it could be a little more modern for retraction and a storage case.

No cortan muybien
Los cortadores no cortan muy bien y las letras son demasiado pequeñas.El fondant tiene que ser muy extendido para que se pueda cortar.

Cute Alphabets
Love the shape/font of these letters. They look great on cakes, the only complaint I have is that they are sometimes very difficult and the fondant/gum paste get stuck in the cutter. Depending on if I would like to put the letters directly on the cake or put them on by hand - I use Crisco to put them on the cake so they stick easier and powdered sugar/cornstarch to get them out of the mold if I would like to put them on by hand.
