Pretty comfy. All the same gauge, so don't try to stretch with them. I can get the smallest two into my nose and get the second ball on, but I don't really mind that. While it does seem like the black is painted on, I've been wearing it for a couple days and the color has yet to flake or rub off. They're nice. Would recommend.Update: I've had my septum pierced for almost a year now. I've been wearing these since I was able to change the jewelry. The paint hasn't come off of any of them. I like my septum to look a bit overstated because my face is weirdly proportioned, and this offers that. The threading can irritate the skin a little it you scrape the piercing, but generally they don't mess with my skin. They don't turn your skin green. I'd recommend soaking them in your piercing after care of choice every couple weeks to sanitize them and lower your risk of infection. (After they're mostly healed and you can change your jewelry at will)Very comfortable, and nice to fidget with. 10/10.

It has all the sizes I could.possible want. Good quality metal and isn't irritating. The balls stay on well

The media could not be loaded. I like how there was a variety of different sizes, from small to big horseshoes. I like how there is two color choices to choose from. They are good quality. The balls are of course a little difficult to twist off but if you put on some latex gloves they come off perfect. Comfortable

Overall, the product is fine. Looks exactly how shown, etc.. My only issue is that the balls keep coming loose and randomly falling off, making the actual piercing fall out. I’ve never had this problem before with any septum ring.If you feel like constantly searching or changing the balls, this product is definitely for you. If not, look elsewhere.

These all fit and were comfy. Didn't have an issue with them in terms of infection. HOWEVER- It is impossible to wear the smallest size. I use the smallest ones as a toe hat sometimes for fun when I watch we bare bears.

When I got my septum pierced, it was at a 14 gauge. I realized soon after that the options for a 14 gauge, sized nicely and not humungus, were very tough to find. I ended up having to special order different sizes which left me with a bunch of rings that didn’t fit as desired.I’ve had it pierced about a year and a half and finally decided to downsize. And I’m so happy I did!This pack had a great variety of sizes and I was able to find 2 sizes that worked for me. The rest I will just keep just in case.Very happy with my purchase!
