Very very bummed. My second Clicgear for my jr. Golfer. We needed a new one since our 3.5 model brake broke. We also needed it asap for the upcoming kids world championships in Pinehurst. We received it faster than expected.However we used it twice and the handle to lock the upper part was loose to the point of falling off. I contacted Amazon and there was nothing they could do to help me other than refund my money but I needed a replacement asap. They could t offer that b/c it wasn’t available and suggested the older model.We went with the 8+ b/c of the stability of 4 wheels and wanted that feature.Almost $400 paid and a loose brake handle and nothing can be done to help me.I think the seller should replace asap with the same model. So displeased all around. Lots of money spent on clicgear accessories etc… 3 cup holders, 2 seats, 3 coolers, divot sand tube, umbrellas, adjustable umbrella holder. That’s allot of spending with clic gear and NOT cheap.I know they can do better than this experience
