The cartridge is leaking so either we have spots on everything that comes out of the printer, or we constantly have to take it out of the machine to clean it and the inside of the machine. Maybe we just got a bad one. If it didn't leak, it would be fine. UPDATE: The manufacturer was very accommodating by sending a replacement cartridge and a return label for the one that was leaking. The new cartridge is working very well. It prints cleanly with no leaks.

Very happy with product. Works just as good as the Dell toner that I paid $100.00 more for. I will continue to buy this product.

For printed text, it is acceptable, but when printing graphics, including photos and decorative flourishes, the output shows lines and variations that do not look professional. For routine home and internal office use, this may be acceptable, but I would not recommend it for formal business use.

I have been using their cartridges for the last three years for my few offices in NYC. Actually The cartridge prints well over 12000 pages. I honestly believe the print quality is crisper than the mfg brand. Great quality and awesome service.

I agree with the other review. Our documents all have spots and smears on it if we don't constantly take it out and clean it. It fit our printer fine and otherwise performed as expected

The price was right so I thought I'd try this in our busy business. We got almost 3 months use out of the cartridge with the printer being used all day long. I'm buying another one. Printed just fine.

Previous ink cartridges have worked fine, this time we have smudges and ink blots randomly. Sounds like this isn't too uncommon though?

Ok. Should not advertise 10,000 pages. I print text only and only printed around 1100 pages, it already indicating 20% left in toner. Product works good, just not 10,000 pages.
