This is the aesthetically pleasing solution to all my problems. I work form home on my couch with my toddler playing around me. We don’t have room for a side table and this thing does the trick! It has a grippy bottom so it doesn’t slip, can extend to your couches arm size with ease! It’s so sturdy and doesn’t get water stains, I’m obsessed with it. The price is also fantastic for what you get.

Perfect to set my laptop on when I need to get up from the chair - now it won't slide off onto the floor! I also keep a book and newspaper on it, or mail I'm processing. Good-looking and sturdy - So glad I bought this!

I have nothing negative to say. Well made, color choices, sturdy, packed nice with no scratches or dents. My sofa arms are only 5-6 inches wide and it fits snug. One thing it has that I didnt even realize when I bought it was like a rubber coating on inside of the clamps that really help it not move or slide around. You would really have to flop down on couch and hit it with your body to really move it good. Also painted well, wipes of easy and doesnt leave rings or stains easily because I have none yet.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m very happy with my purchase. The 12 inches is perfect if you have a leather couch like mine. It is a game changer when it comes to convenience. I knocked one star off just because the surface doesn’t have much grip. I modified mine with nonslip grip pads.

I’m stuck with 2 of them because I didn’t save the original boxes…so I can’t return them. Ugh.” Now my updated review which is the exact opposite! After using this actually quite ingenious item for weeks now, I am compelled to correct my original review. Note: the reason it didn’t work originally was because I was using it on a too narrow upholstered living room chair. So it didn’t work there because I, myself, barely fit into the chair & I weigh 148 pounds. Okay now for the update—this “clip on mini-table” is absolutely awesome! It is just perfect for those things that you need beside you when on the couch or upholstery chair but for whatever reason you don’t have room for a side table or maybe you don’t even want a side table. Perfect for cup of coffee, tablet, phone, files, projects, lunch, snacks—it’s just an amazing item that you’ll soon realize that you can’t live without it. The clips on each side are incredibly strong & are covered with a series of gripping dots, made of (I guess) a silicone type material that feels sticky, but it’s not actually sticky, but it provides an extremely highly gripping hold on the sides of the couch or upholstery chair. I now have 2 of these really neat “tables.”

I highly recommend!! It's impressive with its sturdy design and stability. Hinges are well crafted. I love the bamboo-it's a nice looking piece of wood. I'm so happy I purchased it!! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  My husband and I live to sometimes watch TV and have dinner in family room- we bought tv trays that we have to fold/store etc. These are compact , sturdy , and easy.

It’s perfect. The first one (another brand) did not fit well. Very secure and stable.

I am very pleased. The table is very strong and fits very snug with strong grip on my chair arm. It will most likely fit any arm. I chose the yellow colour to match my chair throw and wall picture.

Good quality. Perfect if you don't have a table nearby to rest your drink, phone or remote on.

I use a PC connected to a TV with wireless peripherals but the armrest I put my mouse on isn't flat and the mouse can easily fall off.I got this and it does exactly what you'd expect it to. Even my mouse pad is roughly the size of it so it works quite well. It could be used in a litany of other ways instead I'm sure.
