Works as advertised. Easy to use.
The package was smaller than I thought, as it is hard for me to visualize the posted weight. The product was easy to mix into the soybeans to make the tempeh, and the culture made a really nice white culture on the beans. I would buy again/recommend.

Poor Tempeh Starter
When making Tempeh, after 14 hours in a oven with the light or my incubator, you should see some mould forming.48 hours have passed and no sign whatsoever of any mould forming.Such a shame
