Worth the extra pennies
I, like a lot of people, picked up crocheting in lockdown. I have surprisingly kept it up and find that with each new project, I want better materials and tools. Clover hooks are pretty much the gold standard. Take my advice--instead of buying a cheap set with a range in size from 2 to 10 mm, just invest in 2 or 3 of these hooks. You will thank yourself.

Worth every penny
I don’t know what makes this hook different from cheaper ones, but it is very different. To look at, and to the touch, the handles are similar and the hooks are similar but in use they are very different. The handle is just the right shape for my hand, the yarn flows smoothly over the hook with no snagging or splitting and it makes crochet even more of a pleasure. I bought one, to try, not really expecting it to be any different from others I’ve bought before which are much cheaper. I bought a second one in a different size and I’ve now ordered the set. I have a large collection of steel hooks, bought over the years but my older hands struggle to hold those. With the Clover hook I can crochet for hours without discomfort. If you love crochet but are irritated by inferior hooks or are struggling to grip the thinner hooks, don’t hesitate; these are worth every penny.

Can definitely tell the difference
I’m fairly new to crochet (about 3yrs) and I never knew what the difference could be between the packs of hooks you can buy and clover ones. I lost a hook and replaced it with a clover one and there definitely is a BIG difference. The yarn just slides over the hook with no little pulls, it hooks the yarn with out splitting and it feels a lot more comfortable. If your doing a big project get a clover hook because it really does make a difference.

Brilliant smooth crochet hook
I love this hook, it’s so comfy to hold. I was sceptical that it wouldn’t be any different to other cheaper hooks with ergonomic handles, but I do notice the difference. It glides through the stitches so easily and doesn’t snag. It didn’t stop the odd time the hook splits the yarn, but that could be down to the yarn itself. I would definitely buy another of these hooks if I regularly used another size.

Good
Appears to be good quality. Comfortable to hold, but as I'm not experienced at crochet and it's my first crochet hook, I can't compare it to any others!

As soon as I started using this I could tell the difference between it and my cheaper ones.

Amazing!
Idk how but this hook works wonders. I've only been crocheting a couple years and I'm not very good but it somehow makes my work look neater.
