This helps my daughter power thru and feel her wrist snaps. She does it at all 3 stages. It bothered her at first because it is instant feedback training mechanism but she is learning to feel it. The media could not be loaded. One of my daughter's softball goals was to work on snapping her wrist while throwing longer distances to avoid the lollypop throws. Having good technique helps to cut down on unnecessary stress on the shoulder and elbow, which is the main reason I chose this tool. She doesn't love using it, but she admits it is helpful because it makes a noise if used correctly. In the review video, she is demonstrating a wrist flick.

The media could not be loaded. I’m reviewing this from a golf standpoint.I wish the snap feel was more pronounced and the feeling of it reseting was a little easier. I like the concept and you can definitely hear and feel when the snap takes place. This can be especially helpful if you are working on the lead wrist bow movement.The wrist strap is comfortable but if you have loose skin on the wrists there’s a little bit play where the wrist strap can slide a little before it triggers the snap. This means this aid can’t be set too sensitive and only obvious wrist bow will trigger the snap.I think this is helpful for wrist training and I like this better than the restrictive wrist braces that prohibit movement. With this you have a good amount of range while using the trainer.
