They offer a good level of grip and can be scrunched up in the palm of your hand to appear as though you are not holding anything.Being only 1 inch in diameter means they are rather small, but they are great to begin with as they're easier to conceal. However, if you're interested in producing a more effective performance, you should really try the 2 inch sponge balls. Again, ensure you get the supersoft variety as they will allow you to impressively conceal a rather large sized ball into the size of a pea on the palm of your hand and amaze your audience.
