I wired my home for audio distribution with cat5 data cable. The only hitch was that I was running it as an unbalanced system to avoid extra electronics or balancing transformers. Running it balanced would have remedied the hum and noise issues that manifested themselves. I checked the specs on this unit and it was capable of driving 16 ohm headphones, which would be great to swamp out the induced noise on an unbalanced system. I put it in line with my source-be it iphone, tablet, media player or computer audio, and it solved the problem! I now have crystal clear audio at any connection point on the system. This was a cost-effective fix!

It's clean volume amplification. Quality cable. Battery is a nice added feature. I use it a lot to play my phone through my guitar amp.

Great value for the price. Does exactly what I hand. I'm a professional guitarist and I play by ear. I play through my iPhone with iRig for practice. The allowed volume in the iPhone is too low for my liking. Provides the boost I heed to hear notes a lot clearer. It's not overly powerful. Just right. Recommend.

I’m using this as a line driver from the headphone jack to my pro audio peavy amplifier and it made a world of difference.. amazing little thing absolutely happy with it!

I needed a headphone amplifier to boost and control the volume of a headphone output with no dedicated volume control. I didn't want to spend too much on the amplifier. This checked the right boxes. Does what I need it to do with no problems or issues. Works well with my headphones and the price was just right.
