No bells and whistles. Works just like it should. Can’t beat the value. It’s lightweight but holds up nicely. I think it’s a great value. Chain length is good for different heights and different sized plates. Happy with my purchase.

This is a very solid belt and hard to beat for the price. I use it primarily for weighted calisthenics exercises, with 30-75lb weights. The chain, in my opinion, is perfect length - I wrap it twice on dumbbells which holds them very securely during pullups and dips. With a few extra wraps I successfully used it for squats as well.In 6ish months of using it 2-4 times each week, I can't notice any defects: the stitching remains flawless, there are no visible scuffs or damage besides the expected chipping paint on the carabiner. Based on the current performance, I expect this belt to last years easily without any issues.

This is by far the best weighted belt I have ever used. I thought it was going to slip off of my waist but it didn't. I didn't even adjust it to make it tighter. When the weight is on it, the belt stays around my waist without falling. This is nice because I can step in and out of it quickly. It's also comfortable and doesn't pinch or dig into your waist. The build quality is great. For reference my waist is 32".

Adjustable and works well. I didn’t like the screw on the latch at first, but it helps keep the clip from getting caught

I was a bit overambitious in thinking that I could do 10 reps with weight. But the belt made it easy to try. Easy on and off, easy to fasten a weight to the chain. Two thumbs up.

This belt has been very helpful to me, I use it frequently at the gym, strong, good material and weight, I liked it, I recommend it.
