good for sensitive skin
I was skeptical when I first got this moisturizer because of the foaming and water texture, but it has ended up being amazing for my skin. I have sensitive skin and my pores get clogged easily, but this foam goes on easily. It feels like too much the first time I used it, but 1 pump should do the trick. And when it dries on my skin, I feel that my skin barrier is protected and my skin stays moisturized all day. Yet another Korean skin care product that has made my skin better!

Bubble moisturizer fun to try
This was my first time trying a bubble moisturizer, and it’s so fun! It comes out bubbly and foamy, kind of like what you would expect for a cleanser or face wash. The consistency is a lot looser than your standard cream moisturizer, so it’s very easy to apply to the face. It’s kind of weird keeping it on and tapping it in for further absorption because the bubbles make me feel like it should be washed off, but it absorbs pretty quickly and doesn’t leave behind any stickiness or tackiness. It has a very light but pleasant citrus scent that fades pretty quickly and it does not irritate my sensitive skin. This moisturizer is very lightweight and mild; it would probably be best for summer as opposed to winter. It’s a decent value and it’s fun to try for fans of Korean skincare!

Fun idea, but very wet!
This is such an interesting product! It’s basically a milky liquid that passed through a foaming dispenser to bubble up. The instructions say to use this as the last step in a skincare routine, but for me this is too thin and liquidy for a final step. It seems to work better as a toner or serum, followed by a thicker traditional moisturizer (at least for my dry skin).

Excellent ingredient, interesting texture and holy grail
I wished they labeled this product more precisely as other reviewer pointed out, but as a research scientist, it's 100% safe since it's not actually the cultured cell, rather it's filtered growth medium. So before I talk about the actual ingredient list, let' me tell you what horrific naming "human umbilical mesenchymal stem cell conditioned media extract." So, generally, scientist extract or separate the cell from various source, and mesenchymal stem cell is one of target. We cultured them in the petri-dish or put them into other culture plate. Then these stem cells release release tons of signaling proteins, then extract (I really do hope) will contain them in the extract. Generally, stem cells release growth and regeneration signaling to surrounding, so the logic is to obtain them and use them as skincare ingredients. So long story short, it is maybe a fountain of youth, and lots of us research them day and night for various purposes.Ingredients:It contains stem cell medium 48, 975 ppm so it is around 4.9% of the whole formula. Considering the price of this serum, it's really a lot - I mean literally a lot. These stem cell extracts are very expensive, so they are generally added as "concept" ingredient, around 0.001 to 0.01% and they added 4.9% - so hurray. Also niacinamide, pantehnoal, CCT, adenosine, some ferment extracts and additional 10ppm of cord blood stem cell medium (they are far more expensive, so only tracible amount.) This product also contains 8 different kinds of molecular sized HAs for hydration. I mean, it's full of skin-rejuvenating actives, and very little BS other than fragrance.Texture:It has very interesting bubble texture, but when you rub it, it becomes watery essence. It leaves skin very glow and leaves skin well-hydrated even for the dry skin. I think there is a good reason why the company suggested using this as a cream rather than serum.Effectiveness:This is when the magic happens. Probably my scientist bias influenced during the assessment, but it made my skin so radiant on the next morning and fine lines were definitely less visible. I will continue to use this until I find the better ones.Final Thought:Actually, there was a time when stem cell "concept" skincare products were popular for a short period of time. Lots of companies brought very exotic plant / fruit "stem cell" as a ingredient. Ladies, we are not plants, we are humans. If you want to benefit from so-called stem cell, it should be human's. If you gross out, then fine, move on to the "Bulgarian rose" serum which will never improve your skin. If you actually understand the science and want to benefit from it, try this out. It's made with decent concentration of stem cell culture medium, and it's relatively cheap considering its raw material.

questionable ingredients
I got this thinking skin repair from collagen and probiotics. Nope, think again. Human umbilical cord stem cell?! And Human Cord blood cell conditioned media?! I didn’t realize this has actual human stem cell from the umbilical cord. I maybe wrong but I don’t think this is FDA approved in the U.S. This is a product of Korea so they have different standards for skin care. On the plus side, Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (HUC-MSCs) are present in the umbilical cord tissue are self-renewing and multi-potent. This can be found in serums in other countries but not in the states for certain reasons. So if you’re adventurous this maybe an avenue of interest. Honestly, for me personally the ingredients kinda freak me out.

sticky skin
Review for: Cell Factory Cera Bubble GlowNot a fan. I applied this foamy liquid to my face, and it definitely lived up to the bubbly promise. One pump was enough for my face, and it felt invigorating going on, as I tapped it into my skin. But it left my skin feeling sticky for a long time, so much so that an hour later I had to wash my face again. Other reviews state that there is Umbilical Cord stem cells in the ingredients, but I don't see that in any of the advertising or item listing.

Confusing texture
This is a review for: CELL FACTORY Cera Bubble Glow Care - Peptides 60,000ppm, Ceramide & Probiotics for Radiant, Youthful Skin - Bubble Moisturizer - Home Skincare, Skin Safety Tested, Makeup Booster, 5.07oz.This is a moisturizer in a bubble pumping bottle. The scent is somewhat citrus-y and floral, not too strong. The texture is very confusing and I'm not so sure why it should be like this since it doesn't seem to really do much to be honest. This in itself seems more of a toner type moisturizer (super watery) and in bubble form, but sadly, the bubbles aren't thick enough to prevent this from melting and dripping all over the place.I guess it does create curiosity and intrigue perhaps, which is one of the main reasons I got this so I guess it did work? The moisturizer leaves skin pretty moist and this is probably best for summer months when you don't need as heavy of a moisturizer. It did have somewhat of a cooling feeling when applied. This did not cause any redness, irritation or breakouts.Overall, ok, but confused.
