Working great, very happy stomach! :)
This is great! I've always had some digestive issues and they became worse with age. Since I take these probiotics, my digestion feels like normal and most of the issues vanished. Very happy with it. 100% recommend.

Probiotics
These are very easy to swallow and I am sure that they will help with my gut health as I have quite a few things wrong. There are 60 tablets of a good variety of different probiotics in each tablet which make the price very reasonable

Great supplement with 500mg of Livaux added
This is a trusted pro biotic but I bought it as I couldn’t find the Livaux anywhere else in this dose / great addition as I’ve been researching pre and pro biotics and livaux is excellent and not available at this dose in many places

Large CFU tablets - 30 strains diverse bacteria - passes the milk test (see video).
The media could not be loaded. It does pass the milk test - Boiled 2L milk and used 1 capsule tor make yogurt in a instant pot which provides the right temperture for bacteria to propogate - see video. (Most of the 30 bacteria listed on the bottle are lacto-bacculus) within 12 hours (overnight) had a thick yogurt which I Ieft to thicken further in the fridge. So these capsules definately contain billions of live, active bacteria. Just sticking a capsule in milk in a glass and saying it fails the milk test is not right. These tablets seem to be superior to the cheaper range of probiotics with the more (30 strains) diverse bacteria, a promised better delivery system past stomach acid, and a rare Butyric Acid producing gut strain of bacteria. Is taking probiotics worth it? - I think they are worth it, from experiance, after a course of antibiotics which wipe out a lot of gut bacteria - or even a gut infection (In fact I have had c.diff picked up from a hospital visit - a serious gut infection, and anything that will crowd out the bad bacteria repopulating like probiotics after antibiotics is worth taking!) But in the longer term, diet with plenty of fibre (vegtables not cooked to mush, nuts and fruit) is the best thing to create a good gut microbiome. The bottle had 60 tablets with a BBE date of June 2025 - So a bottle is good for over 18 months which is brillant.

Everyone should know about the gut-brain axis (GBA) for wholesome health
I take probiotics daily, not for gut issues, but to enhance my mental health and strengthen my immunity. They are incredible! I have been taking pro and prebiotics for several months at the advice of a Neuroscientist with a Nutrition specialisation. I have been on a long and arduous journey of healing myself and dealing adequately with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks in a wholesome way. I always take my probiotics on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. Albeit pretty smelly, I am happy to take them because of their exceptional qualities and advanced probiotic cultures. I have shared below an extract from Carabotti, Scirocco, Maselli, & Severi (2015) in Annals of Gastroenterology, The gut-brain axis: interactions between enteric microbiota, central and enteric nervous systems. The gut-brain axis (GBA) consists of bidirectional communication between the central and the enteric nervous systems, linking the emotional and cognitive centres of the brain with peripheral intestinal functions.Insights into the gut-brain crosstalk have revealed a complex communication system that ensures the proper maintenance of gastrointestinal homeostasis and is likely to have multiple effects on affect, motivation, and higher cognitive functions. The complexity of these interactions is enclosed in the denomination of the “gut-brain axis” (GBA). Its role is to monitor and integrate gut functions and to link emotional and cognitive centres of the brain with peripheral intestinal functions and mechanisms such as immune activation, intestinal permeability, enteric reflex, and entero-endocrine signalling. The mechanisms underlying GBA communications involve neuro-immuno-endocrine mediators. This bidirectional communication network includes the central nervous system (CNS), both the brain and spinal cord, the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the enteric nervous system (ENS) and the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis. The HPA axis is considered the core stress efferent axis that coordinates the adaptive responses of the organism to stressors of any kind. It is a part of the limbic system, a crucial brain zone predominantly involved in memory and emotional responses. Environmental stress and elevated systemic pro-inflammatory cytokines activate this system and the secretion of the corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) from the hypothalamus. Cortisol is a primary stress hormone that affects many human organs, including the brain. Thus, both neural and hormonal lines of communication combine to allow the brain to influence the activities of intestinal functional effector cells, such as immune cells, epithelial cells, enteric neurons, smooth muscle cells, interstitial cells of Cajal and enterochromaffin cells. On the other hand, these same cells are influenced by the gut microbiota, whose contributing role in brain-gut reciprocal communications has recently been assessed. The concept of a microbiome GBA is now emerging.Carabotti, M., Scirocco, A., Maselli, M. A., & Severi, C. (2015). The gut-brain axis: interactions between enteric microbiota, central and enteric nervous systems. Annals of Gastroenterology, 28(2), 203–209.

A name I trust and a supplement cram full of the good stuff
I’ve become wary of taking supplements unless the company has certain credentials to reassure me as to the purity and integrity of the ingredients. Having looked into Swiss BioEnergetics, I am reassured on every level. If like me you have a concern about this, I’d recommend looking up on their website and their authentications. As a basic reassurance, they can authenticate that all their nutritional food supplements, vitamins, herbals, cleansers, tablets, powders, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory pills are manufactured exclusively in the UK to GMP code of practice and ISO 9001 testing. Highest standards. This Advanced 30 ProBioCulture contains 30 live bacteria strains, way more than others I’ve had, and these are on slow release which helps for absorption. I don’t pretend to understand the particular strains they’ve selected, but I recognise that good science is behind it.You take one capsule a day - note you need to take it with cold water, and don’t drink hot water immediately after either.Worth noting that it says “although rigorous precautions are taken to prevent any cross-contamination, this product is manufactured in a facility that handles allergy-based materials.” They are not specific about which allergens.Personally, due to anaphylaxis risk, this rules out the supplement for me. However, the vast majority of people will find they are suitable - gluten free, sugar free, GMO free, no fillers or binders, and suitable for vegetarians. (Not vegans.)My husband is finding them excellent, he has not so far caught on to current understanding of our need to boost our gut flora, but as he has recently been on antibiotics this is a much needed support for his system. At the current price of around 67p a day this is money well spent to me. Recommended.
