Polished Chrome Victorian Rounded Yale Lock Surround / Door Pull (BC106)

Did what it was meant for and arrived quickly.

This is sturdy and good quality but I have only given it 4 stars because the bottom ledge for pulling the door shut isn't quite wide enough to allow you to get a finger underneath comfortably. (But this is just a minor quibble - otherwise very good.)

The lip you use to curl your fingers under to pull the door is too small (shallow) to be of any use. Bought this for a customer's door and ended up having to fit another because she couldn't use it. I found another in a local shop that had a good deep lip, I should have sent it back straightaway really but ...live and learn I suppose. Certainly wouldn't ever buy another of this type

Product looks ok, and is well made however a standard yale cylinder is to big to fit in the hole for it, so useless. No issues with the seller, didn’t bother to return due to low cost
