I’ve always wanted to try making zucchini noodles. I’m the only one in my family that would eat it so it works wonderful if I need to make a quick batch for myself. If you are making for multiple people make sure to give yourself enough time since it’s manual.I say about 1 Zucchini per person.I couldn’t tell too much of a difference between setting one and setting two, but I do suggest peeling the zucchini beforehand.I’m happy with my purchase.

I didn’t want a big piece of equipment, something small and easy to store so I felt this would be great. However, the amount of time it takes to spin the vegetable around, good golly! The little piece that goes on top to “help” spin you can’t use that really until right at the end. I’d say it does the job but just doing one very small zucchini took me ages. I wish I bought one with a handle to help spin.

Works pretty well, but more of a heads up.... it doesn't like seeds. Make sure whatever you are processing doesn't have seeds. I ended up scooping out all the centers of my Zucchini so it would work. The seeds would jam under the flat blade and around the groove blades.

I use this mainly for cooking cucumber and zucchini. It works great to bulk out meals and speeds cooking time drastically. It's a quick way to make mock low carb pasta and allows me to both expand my simple meals and get more vegetables into my diet. a friend bought a bigger version but since i have limited space and i was afraid it would be one of those things i use once and it goes in cabinet for months before i use again so i got this little one. I LOVE it. it spirals good , the piece that is suppose to push into the end to hold on to while you are twisting is useless but i used my hands and it worked up until a few inches at the top but that was find i just chopped the rest up. it makes spagetti looking noodles with cucumber or zuchini, i didnt try it with carrots i would think i would need the really big fat ones or i dont think it will work. but all in all good for the money would reccomend.

Saw someone using a similar tool to make thin Zuchinni pasta. Easy to use...best to get bigger Zuchinnis in my opinion!

So this is a sweet time saver. My wife showed me how it works. For many people it will be extremely easy to operate. I have big hands so it's a little small but it's simple to use and setup is literally 5 seconds lol. The blades are SHARP! they make quick work of veggies. Probably my new favorite kitchen toy! This appliance works perfectly! I am obsessed with my zucchini spirals now for dinner.
