When I was younger I thought I was 10' tall and bullet proof. Now that I'm 47, I wish I had a different attitude when I was younger. I experienced my first real back pain issue when I was about 16 which put me down for a week. I still pushed myself too hard with the improper lifting, sit-ups, weights, contact martial arts, activities that required a lot of physical exertion on my lower back, being a Bouncer in clubs and body-guarding, drilling work and other things that required my exceptional strength as a youth. Now that I'm older, I'm in some sort of pain every minute of my life. I have arthritis in my lower back and left hip, sciatica and possibly spinal stenosis although we are still awaiting results. I refuse to get hooked on medication and work through my pain with stretches and other exercises to loosen me up and get me moving. This device does provide temporary relief the times I have used it. I'm not sure that it works as well as my inversion table but in a pinch for a quickie stretch, it'll do. It does put a lot of pressure on your lower back at first so you have to ease into it. Understand, you will need to be able to get down in the floor in a prone position and be able to do butt-lifts so you can position the device under you in different areas. You have to me moderately agile and flexible to be able to use this device for a good and proper stretch. I'm 6' (used to be 2 inches taller but alas, I'm getting older) 285 and this device holds me but it does 'roll' depending on where I put my weight so I do wonder how much longer it will last.

I do not do reviews very often. This product is changing my life! I didn't not think it was really that great right after first use, but after a few days, Im convinced its giving my back what its been needing. When I first layed down on it, it made my lower back crack in one place that had been hurting me. I just came back from the chiropractor before trying this product. The chiropractor was not able to crack my lower back even though he is a good chiropractor and did the usual "leg over" twisting move correctly. My back just needed to be adjusted a different way apparently. Later that day I noticed my back pain was notivably better . My back has hurt bad for many months, and had been not great for years. It was kinda uncomfortable the first 5 or 6 times because it really stretches the back where it is usually not stretched (for me anyways). But after a few times, my back got used to it and my usual back pain got reduced more and more, and now it feels really good to lay on it and massage and stretch all the muscles and ligaments in the lower back where they usually do not get stretched much. My back usually cracks in several places now when I use it. After cracking, I like to rock my body back and forth by moving it with me heels on the floor when I'm laying down on my back on it. It hurts a little because of the stretching knobs, but its a good pain. My back feels much stronger after only a few days of using this thing and I feel no pain right now! Didn't mean to sound like a salesman.. I have no affiliation with the sales of these things. I am just thrilled that my back is feeling so much better. I wish I found this years ago,

Its uncomfortable but provides relief after you use it. For example, I will lean against it for 15m-30m and then stand up feeling refreshed and have better posture (temporarily, of course). I have also laid on it but that can be painful as I have arthritis and scoliosis. Adjustable if you have curvature but do not leave it on the second or third innermost slot for long or it will stay bent. Also I don't recommend lying on it unless it's in the outermost slot. If you have pain/issues be very careful lying on it. Have used it in the car but it doesn't feel good.Point is it's like some forms of massage, not the most comfortable at first but relief after. Not a miracle cure either. First week or so I got relief but hard for me personally to get it now from this, though I will continue using it as a tool and see what happens.

I don’t usually make reviews for anything I purchase online but this is insane , I work in a warehouse and drive a stand-up forklift , I’ve had minor muscle spasms in my back that would make me slightly twitch when it occurred , i was not in pain but it is very uncomfortable when your muscles are randomly flinching as your sitting down just watching tv now , not only was the delivery a week and a half early , but the set up is literally so easy a child between 10-14 can set this up , I used it immediately from excitement and disbelief that it would help , and as soon as I layed on it my back started to crack ! I literally said “ No way” I started at my lower back , it cracked , slid it further up to my middle back , made my body sink and I felt the muscles in my back pounding , I’m guessing from the plastic acupuncture-like body of the tool pressing into my skin , and I finally slid it to my top part of my back . My favorite thing about this is your not just able to use it on one portion of your back but the entire back , as long as you position yourself correctly to not hurt yourself . This is the most amazing health product I have ever bought myself . Please don’t second guess , if you have back pain minor or large , order one of these for yourself . ( PS I went to third gear right away , but you can definitely crack your back with 2nd gear ! , 1st gear is more so support for sitting down or driving with it in car seat like I’ve seen in some pictures)

Have had a bulging, herniated disk L5/S4, ive been using this since May 15 and began at the first level 15 min, two times a day and the pain has decreased from a 7 down to a 4. Since May been including this in my routine stretching. After about 6 weeks in I was on level 3 the deepest incline but as of last week the arch began to warp a bit and havent used it since. Shame as the pain down my leg began to lessen guess I'm back on the market
