***9-2-24 UPDATECustomer Service reached out and is sending me a new watch and provided several ways to contact them to help with ANY issues I have when I set it up or have any connecting issues.I purchased this watch after lots of searching and reading other reviews. I was replacing my 2nd samsung galaxy watch due to the battery no longer holding a charge. This watch was not the easier to set up, I reached out to customer service which was busy and had to email me answers to my questions but their response was just to look at the app, no help really. I loved the battery life! I really wanted to like this watch and was happy with it until it disconnected from my phone app due to being too far away from it and then I couldn't get it to reconnect. I restarted phone and watch and still would never reconnect. I looked under the help for answers, went to their website but couldn't find anything. I know contacting customer service would be useless so I ended up returning it. It is a nice watch and seemed to do most things my samsung did but even better because the battery life was amazing. There was a few things I didn't like, 1 being that I could not figure out how to use my phone alarm to go to the watch, rather I think you have to use the alarm on the watch instead. The vibration on this watch was not strong enough, I rarely felt it. Nor, did it work when all the time when I got calls or texts. Overall, if it didn't have issues with connecting, I most likely would have kept it and if customer service would have been better.

I love the quality of this watch-I have purchased a few other brands and have not been happy because the batteries died very quickly or something didn't work as it said it would. I have been wearing it daily for 2 weeks and have not charged it once. It is easy to set up through the app and there are no additional charges for upgrades. The app is extremely user-friendly. The sound quality is good, there are a bunch of different watch faces that can be changed super fast and easy. Many sports modes including walking, running biking, and more extreme sports too. It seems to be right on with blood pressure, oxygen levels, and steps. Once you complete your profile it will keep the info as well. Sleeping seemed to work fine too. The watch band was easy to put on and is easy to change if you want to change it. Other than trying to figure out how to get the alert sound on both my phone and the watch, (that's me not setting something correctly on my phone problem) No problems so far, I'm happy with my new watch.

Originally I was going to give this watch 3-stars because it was decent despite some of the features not working.Then it became quite clear that the fitness recorder was not properly keeping track of the time/distance (I would compare it against my mother’s Apple Watch).Finally, the reason I purchased it was because of its waterproof rating and the 2nd day in the pool it COMPLETELY DIED.Even though it was at 60-something % when it went dead I threw the charger on it and got it back alive. Cut to - none of the external buttons work and I have to charge it every day because the battery now drains like lightning.I’ve had this watch for only a few weeks. I purchased it because I knew I would be spending some time on vacation in the water and I tested it in a bath and it was completely fine, so I looked past all of it’s prior issues, which I will list below:1. Watch strap is too bulky for a smaller wrist so I had to buy replacement straps (ie, more $$ spent)2. Watch face half the time would not light up when moving my arm (oh but when I was sleeping it sure did)3. Always-on watch face has only 3 options and they are hideous4. There is no option to respond to text messages5. Blood pressure measurement was always way off6. The weather was NEVER correct and no way to change it7. Sleep pattern recording not accurate and would not record if I wake up in the middle of night and fall back asleep8. Impossible to see the time when you have the exercise recording running9. And as previously stated, outdoor walking exercise was always incorrect and now even worse. Ie, I was 10 minutes into a walk and it said I had been going for only 17 seconds - wth?The only thing going for this watch is its look, but that gets you nowhere if you can’t use the dang thing. I’m an Android user and it was very hard to find a watch to fit my needs and so I am just utterly disappointed in this piece of crap.

I've had this watch for several months. App is very easy to use. Linked phone notifications are a simple vibration, so they aren't disruptive. There are hundreds of interesting watch faces to choose from. I have not had any issues with connectivity. I especially like the workout app, it's easy to get to and has a helpful summary report at the end of the workout. The alarm and timer are easy to access and set up quickly. There is also an option to hold down one watch button which links it to my Amazon Alexa, so I can add things to my shopping list or my to-do list. The quality of calls using the watch are surprisingly clear. I have a wrist the size of a child, and the size wasn't overwhelming.I had an issue with a piece of main case chipping off, and the customer service was incredibly helpful to promptly send a replacement. I especially appreciated the clear communication of the customer service representative.
